Comments: I visited this website in October 2006 and I remember it was a very very nice surprise to see it. I visited Indonesia twice, to 7 cities in Indonesia but never been to Bandung. Previouly to me Bandung was a nice name of a city for shopping, especially for jeans. Surfing all around this site was really an eye-opener to me. Bandung is so much alike Hanoi where I come from. It is a city with so much colonial remains. The city looks so charming, peaceful and calm. Those are the characteristics that make me love Hanoi so much. And now it seems I found it in Bandung as well. I sincerely hope to come and see Bandung in near future. I am sure I will enjoy walking around the streets with old buildings and green old trees; sipping my coffee from nice cafe' and remember how I feel today, full of love to Bandung, when I am writing this. Just by glancing at the map of Bandung, sweet memories of my birth place come alive. From a word like Jalan Sunda (the street of our house) to a photo of Alun Alun (the place where my parents used to take me out on "Malem Minggu") to food name like Martabak (Martabak manis San Francisco was the best), they all bring me back to a time when everything seemed innocent and to a place where everything was fun and simple. I could write a little biography just by surfing your website. For example, Santa Angela was the school one of my sisters went to. My grandparents lived on Jalan Braga where many wonderful parties were held. Behind the Central Post Office building was a place where my father and I got pulled over for a traffic violation on his Vespa motorcycle. I could go on and on and on forever...
